Does Vista Really Matter?
Microsoft will ultimately spend many hundreds of millions of dollars developing and marketing Vista in a bet-the-farm strategy on the new operating system.
Howdy, I'm new around here. Like your Blog. If you are interested, go see my at home businesses site about starting a business and working from home. It's still pretty rough but I finally know what I want it to be. Anyway, you may still find something of interest.

Psychology is the science of human thought and behavior. The two most important assets I think a man must attain are "character and knowledge". The rest follows him.
Man is born with the intellect to understand happenings around him right from birth.
In today s fast moving world, time is money. Nobody halts for a second to look into the inner-self.
Meditation is that strength which is not too tight or too loose. It’s about taking your seat, timing and planning. It helps the person retain his moral values of life. That’s reaming human first.

As soon as we talk about meditation, we talk about disciplined mind. To attain this, regular efforts have to be made to exercise our mind in the right direction. That too in the present world when there are lot of distractions all around us.

A simple way to start of can be this, spend 5 minutes everyday on the below.

1.Choose a silent place.Sit down straight in Padmasana. (Legs folded across in sitting posture)
2.Close your eyes.
3.Take slow deep breaths 5 to 10 times.

If you are comfortable with the above steps, follow this next,

4.Inhale slowly. While exhaling pronounce "OM" from higher frequency to lower frequent aloud and drag it as much as you can.

This two letter word holds lot of vibrations in it which enriches your body and soul.

Even the busiest man can gain a lot from this.

Hi all,

I came across an article in the newspapers today. So felt like sharing it as everyone would have passed this stage of life at some point of time.

The years are the most confusing when a person start thinking what is right/wrong.He starts thinking about his own body, his own mind, his own emotions, urges and his own difficulties. They feel noone understands them.

This is the age when you are no more a kid. You are also not that matured enough in terms of emotions.

First few years you grow physically, then develop your intellect. But there comes a time when you require emotional maturity.

This is the stage when a person is happy for a while and sad for a duration. Both do not stay forever. So one must understand that the good and bad emotions are like waves. They come and dissappear.

This emotional fluctuation is a sign of immaturity.Emotional maturity, intellectual maturity & physical maturity forms a complete personality.

During these complicated years the person must have hope, develop an understading about life, what they want to do and how to cope with their wants.

If you are interested in learning, in growth then you are matured intellectually. Do not let emotional immaturity to cloud your intellect.
